GameVox is officially in open beta. No invite codes, no waitlists. Anyone can create an account and start using the platform today.

GameVox desktop client The GameVox desktop client running on Windows.

What’s in the box

This isn’t a stripped-down preview. The open beta includes the full feature set:

  • Voice chat with spatial audio and soundboard
  • Text channels with markdown, file sharing, and embeds
  • Video and screen sharing up to 1440p 60fps
  • Server roles, permissions, and channel overrides
  • AutoMod with keyword filtering, link filtering, and toxicity detection
  • Cross-platform apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and web

We didn’t want to ship a “beta” that felt like a tech demo. If your community moves here, it should feel like home from day one.

What “beta” means

The platform is stable and actively used by communities daily. The beta label means we’re still shipping features and refining the experience based on your feedback. You won’t lose data, your servers won’t disappear, and we’re not going to pull the rug.

Server settings panel Server settings give you full control over roles, permissions, and AutoMod.

What’s next

We’re working on bot support, additional integrations, and expanding our voice server regions. If you want to help shape the direction, join the feedback channel on our community server or submit a request through the site.
